USGA Rules Govern All Play
Local Rules
Out of Bounds: All fences bordering the course, tunnel floor under the freeway, driving range and all areas marked by white OB stakes. Stroke and distance penalty. Rule 27-1.
Water Hazards: All lakes are played as Lateral Hazards. Red staked area. Rule 26-1c.
Obstructions: The pump house area on #7 and #18, the halfway house between #10 and #11, the pump area behind #10, the pump area on the left side of #14 fairway. Rule 24-2
Cart Paths and Service Roads: Relief from all cart paths and service road on 14th hole. Drop no nearer the hole – no penalty.
Protection of young trees, staked trees, and planted areas: If such a tree or tree well stake interferes with a player’s stance or intended swing, the ball my be lifted, without penalty, and dropped, Rule 24-2b.
Stones in Bunkers: Are considered movable obstructions. Rule 24-1
Power Carts: Carts must remain on cart paths provided. Use 90-degree rule at all times. Operator must have a valid California driver’s license.
